Utilizing a broad range of media including catalogs, email, direct mail, space ads and inserts, telemarketing, the web, radio and TV, Shari has helped well-known direct marketers like Time-Life, Guthy-Renker, McGraw-Hill and Sara Lee Direct reach major sales and marketing goals.

Jacqueline Morgan

Jacqueline provides project management and a wide range of tactical support functions to Altman Dedicated Direct's clients. She provides important support and expertise in call center sales, script management and training, and customer relations. Additional areas of focus include fulfillment interface, hands-on sales reporting, and email campaign management. Altman Dedicated Direct's clients benefit from Jacqueline's strong project management skills and bottom line focus. She brings over 15 years of analytical reporting, customer relations and sales training skills to each client account.

Jacqueline helps to monitor productivity of call centers agents and analyze reporting to make sure call center efforts are achieving goals set and hitting their marks. She assists with developing contests and awards that help to increase call center agents focus. She also monitors and encourages agents through communication and feedback. Sue Bates

With a knack for identifying the latest merchandising trends, Sue Bates provides Altman Dedicated Direct clients with hands-on merchandising solutions to launch new product concepts, or expand existing product lines and increase the value of current customers and acquire new customers. Sue brings over 25 years of experience gained during her career employed as senior merchandising executive with companies marketing consumer goods through catalogs, retail stores and e-commerce.

Sue provides critical expertise in product development, competitive analyses, pricing strategies, and product sourcing. Altman Dedicated Direct clients take particular advantage of Sue’s thorough knowledge of the gift, home furnishings, toy, book, cosmetic, and private label industries for product expansions in these consumer goods areas.
